The Plantain Fairy is the star of the third book from the Herb Fairy series and uses his magic to heal and bring joy to all around him. He stands approximately 30cm tall works up very quickly.

The Plantain Fairy is a seamless crochet doll; his arms are crocheted on to the body. Wires are used in my designs so they can be moveable dolls, you can omit this step and use polyester stuffing if you wish. Pattern includes instructions for doll, jacket, trousers and cap.

Materials used include 8 ply yarn, crochet cotton for eye definition , 7.5mm safety eyes, along with various tools including wire, hot glue gun and polyester stuffing.

The pattern is in PDF format, English with US terms. The document is 23 pages in length and includes detailed instructions and numerous photo tutorials to guide you through the process of creating him. Skill level is Intermediate so a basic knowledge of crochet stitches is needed.
