The Ponchette
A stylish way to keep your shoulders warm in inclement weather.
A mini poncho with shaped shoulders for a fitted style. Essentially an elongated cowl with shoulder-shaping, a super-stretchy bind-off will keep it stretchy enough to go over outer clothing.
Simple and quick to make, perfect for autumn, winter and spring.
One size.
You will need:
Super chunky yarn. I used James C Brett Mega Chunky, and fashion yarn for the trimming. I
used Laines du Nord Duchessa. Some ‘fur’ alternatives might be Louisa Harding Luzia or
King Cole Krystal Fur.
4 stitch markers
10mm and 12mm circular needles.
10mm crochet hook (optional)
