The Rocky Mountain Navi-Gaiter

Right about now, you’re probably thinking to yourself “omg, this girl doesn’t know how to spell navigator!” Untrue!

What is a gaiter you ask? A quick search on ol’ reliable Wikipedia revealed the following:

A neck gaiter is an article of clothing worn about the neck for warmth. It is a closed tube of fabric, often thick fleece or synthetic, which is slipped on and off over the head. It can also be pulled up over the mouth to keep out wind and sand. (2019, March 8). Neck gaiter. Retrieved from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neck_gaiter

Don’t worry, I hadn’t heard of one either until my husband asked me to make him one for his Fall mountain treks. Since all of his other gear is merino, I followed suit with this piece and the Rocky Mountain Navi-Gaiter was born!

Here’s what one of my testers had to say about it:

“Finally finished the beautiful Rocky Mountain Navi-Gaiter cowl! I loved it, it worked up so quickly!(…) Although I made one selfishly for me, it is such a great unisex design and is totally guy approved.” - Tiana @tianaishooked on Instagram
