The Ronnie Beanie
The Ronnie Beanie is a wonderful chunky mix of colour & texture that
creates an intricate-looking design using only knit and purl stitches.
It’s a great introduction to colourwork and instructions are provided for both a snug and relaxed fit, as well as how to adjust the width of the pattern.
The Ronnie Beanie is worked with two colours, starting with the main colour for the ribbing, then the colourwork section with a contrast colour, before returning to the main colour for the decreases in the crown.
Yarn required is approximately 45 yards of the main colour and 15 yards of the contrast colour.
It’s a fun knit that’s perfect for gifts and markets - and the colour possibilities are endless!
Items made from this pattern may be sold with appropriate credit provided to Rough Bark Knits.
