Meant to be a fun cartoon-ish hat to use up scraps and have something funny to admire at the end. Hat is worked flat and seamed at the end. Yardage for the striped back is calculated for 2 colors, if adding more panels divide the yardage between how many colors/panels you will be working. Pattern could also be worked in fingering weight yarn held doubled, doubling yardage.
