I designed the knitted version of this cowl (The Kayla Cowl) and was asked repeatedly for a crochet version. Through lots of trial and error I was able to reproduce something that resembled the Kayla Cowl.

Easy to work up and wonderful to wear! You can crochet this piece in an evening and wear it the following morning! I can’t stress enough that you take time to check your gauge. As this is a fitted piece, gauge is important.

You will need to know how to work in the round to make this piece.
