This oversized semi-circular shawl intertwines three complementary colors in a subtle dance of textures. Knit in fingering weight yarn – but with a generous wingspan – this shawl can be worn in a variety of styles to suit your wardrobe across seasons!

The cast-on for this shawl is at the center of the top edge, and as the shawl body is worked, it grows outward toward the bottom
of the semi-circle. It incorporates an i-cord edge throughout the entire border, using simple stitches to provide an array of textures in the body of the shawl (stitches used include knit, purl, yarn over, k2tog, p2tog, and slipped stitches). Rows are worked with only one color at a time, requiring no intricate colorwork. Finally, an I-Cord Bind-Off is worked loosely along the border, allowing the shawl to be blocked to size.

Sample shown in an exclusive kit in the colourways ‘Angelica’, ‘Eliza’, and ‘…and Peggy!’. Kits offered exclusively as a part of the January 2022 Kenyarn on Broadway collection.
