This scarf pattern is worked flat, starting with the pencil lead and ending with the eraser. User must be familiar with color changing and carrying yarn techniques to successfully complete this scarf.

Skills: Magic circle, carrying yarn and color changing techniques, chain, single crochet, single crochet together, half double crochet, double crochet, back post double crochet, front post double crochet, slip stitch, working flat, increasing, decreasing, sewing.

Materials:
Medium Weight Yarn (Red Heart Super Saver or equivalent)
Pencil Color (PC) – any color, one skein (~375 yards)
Wood Color (WC) – cream/ivory/tan, small amount
Lead Color (LC) – dark grey/black, small amount
Metal Color (MC) – light grey, small amount
Eraser Color (EC) – red/pink, small amount
Sewing tape measure
Yarn needle
Scissors

width = ~ 6 3/4” wide using Carron one pound yarn.
