The Signature Scarf
The Signature Scarf is an easy knit with a sartorial twist. This versatile piece comes together quickly, making it great for gifts and using up scraps. The Signature Scarf is worked flat in garter stitch with slip-stitch selvage edges. Decreases are worked every other row to form pointed ends. Knit it in classic hues or pop-y combos to accompany every ‘fit.
Sizes: One size. The finished scarf is 36” long by 2” wide (91 cm by 5 cm), with pattern notes for adjusting the length and width.
Gauge: 21 sts x 26 rows = 10 cm / 4 in on 3.25mm (US 3) needles in garter stitch after blocking
Needles: 3.25mm (US 3) circular needles / 80 cm (32 inches) or longer
Materials: Any fingering/sport weight/light DK yarn. Sample is knit in Drops Safran (160 m/175 yds per 50 g) in Black and Off White.
Color A: approx. 15 g (or 48 m/52 yds) of Drops Safran (160 m/175 yds per 50 g)
Color B: approx. 11 g (or 36 m/40 yds) of Drops Safran (160 m/175 yds per 50 g)
