This beanie is knitted flat, using 2 straight knitting needles, making it a perfect project for a beginner knitter, or for experienced knitters who haven’t taken a liking to circular needles, like me.

This pattern, like my others, is waaaayy easier than it looks. With a 2-row repeat for the brim of the beanie, this pattern is another take on my pattern “The Simplest Baby Beanie”. This version uses such a simple stitch to give a beautiful, but complicated-looking, brim.

What else makes this pattern so great? Apart from the 2-row repeat brim that you can lengthen or shorten, the pattern comes in 3 sizes that are all customizable! Aaaannndddd, I include instructions on how to decrease the top of the beanie, as well as extra tips on how to sew it up.
