The Snuggle bag is a felted shoulder bag designed to carry your everyday essentials.

Gauge :
before felting : 17 stitches x 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) using 4 mm (US6) needles
after felting : 21 stitches x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) using 4 mm (US6) needles

Yarn : 250 g of Peer Gynt by Sandnes Garn, distributed evenly between two colors. The grey and brown bag was knitted using colors Dark Brown 3082 (color A) and Light Grey Melange / Autumn Tweed 1035 (color B). You can use any substitute for the yarn but make sure that it’s a 100% non superwash wool or it won’t felt.

Workflow : The bag is worked from the bottom up. You begin by knitting the base flat, then pick up stitches around the base and work the body of the bag seamlessly in the round. The handles are then worked flat and joined together at the top.
