This may be the warmest, thickest, most padded hat I’ve ever had. Made of a dense faux fur and covered over in a decorative wool/acrylic layer, you’ll be warm and ready to face (almost) any winter weather!

This hat was inspired by the variety of headwear found in the Mongolian-Manchurian grassland ecoregion. As those hats have kept their wearers warm in harsh winters, I hope that this hat will enable you to stay snug this season.

Crochet Hook Size 6 mm and 15 mm (or sizes needed to obtain gauge)

1 - 2 handfuls of fiber fill (such as bamboo stuffing or Poly-fil)
