This cowl uses a combination of knit and slip stitches to form what looks like strings of hearts. The pattern is made with one main color and at least one contrast color but can be made with multiple colors for the hearts- you could even use this as a stash buster. This
pattern looks almost like brioche but is actually quite easy to achieve.

This pattern includes directions to make it in 3 sizes- Toddler, Child, and Adult.

Uses fingering weight yarn held triple, or worsted weight yarn (used Friends Extra Fine Merino from Hobbii for the cowls in the picture)

• Toddler size used –
o CC 78 yards worsted weight yarn OR 234 yards fingering weight yarn (held triple)
o MC 110 yards worsted weight yarn OR 330 yards fingering weight yarn (held triple)

• Child size used –
o CC 104 yards worsted weight yarn OR 312 yards fingering weight yarn (held triple)
o MC 120 yards worsted weight yarn OR 360 yards fingering weight yarn (held triple)

• Adult size used –
o CC 156 yards worsted weight yarn OR 468 yards fingering weight yarn (held triple),
o MC 200 yards worsted weight yarn OR 600 yards fingering weight yarn (held triple)
