the swans sweater
A sweater for art inspiring art! Never let someone tell you that you can’t knit an oil painting :) Inspired by Hilma af Klint’s painting The Swans No. 1, this oversized raglan was designed without designated shoulder shaping so that it can be worn forwards or backwards depending on your mood and swan of the day.
This cropped reversible raglan style sweater is knit flat from the bottom up and seamed with the mattress stitch to finish, neckband picked up and knit at the end. Charts are included for the swan patterns.
