The Base of the Hood is worked double stranded
Gauge for Hood: Double stranded with L (8mm) hook 7 hdc =3”, 5 rows =3”

Hood Size Adult: When folded in half. 12.5“ wide & 14.75” long before front slant.

Hood Size Child: When folded in half. 10.5“ wide & 13” long before front slant

Yes this is the full yardage when it is held double strand.
Worsted Weight(4), Crafters Secret Big Idea, Lime Green=585-440 yds.
You will not need much yardage for the rest of the colors.
Worsted Weight(4), Caron One Pound, Black.
Worsted Weight(4), Red Heart Super Saver, Shocking Pink.
Worsted Weight(4), Caron One Pound, White.

• L hook (8mm) Or size needed to obtain gauge
• F hook (3.75mm) & (3.25) for some kids portions
• Scissors
• Yarn or tapestry needle
• Small amount of stuffing
• Stitch markers
• Sewing pins
• 12mm safety eyes, or you can use black felt
• Optional: Styrofoam head (very useful when sewing pieces on)
