The Vinterland is a baby / toddler / young child’s pullover that’s knitted top down. At the underarms stitches are placed on holders for the sleeves, then the body is continued in one piece. The sleeves are then worked top down too and are seamless.

Combining a fluffy mohair and a light weight yarn creates a pullover as gentle and as soft as snow. But the Vinterland isn’t just for the festive season, it’s a classic design for all year round. It features raglan sleeves and a delicate, textured pattern. Stylish and snug all in one!

The two yarns are held together for this pattern. Mohair can vary a lot between brands. Pairing with Fingering (UK 4 ply) weight is possible.
You can also substitute using two yarns with a single DK yarn but keep a note of the gauge.
