A crescent shaped shawl with a spiralling tassel edge. The coiling edge tassels are reminiscent of the tendrils of the climbing plants found on the flint walls of my garden. Simple lace and garter stitch make this an easy one skein knit.

Materials Required:
The shawls pictured were both worked on 4mm circular needles using Labyrinth and Kooky from The Yarn Gallery
You could easily use any lace weight, 4 ply or sock weight yarn. Equally, you could use a finer or heavy yarn to make a smaller or larger shawl adjusting your needle size to give a soft drape.
