A waymaker provides a way, means or solution despite difficulty or impossibility. It one of the names given to God in the Bible.

I don’t know about you, but there have been times in my life where I couldn’t see past what was right in front of me. I couldn’t find a way. But, He did. It’s what He does.

While this cowl may take a bit of “work” on our part to knit, the stitches provide a rhythm that allows us to relax and remember we don’t have to have it all figured out. If we would trust, He will make a way even when we don’t see one.

This pattern was created using a contrast color for the stripes, but you can make it your own! Use mini skeins for the stripes, hold fingering double for a marled look, or make each section a new color.

The possibilities are endless!!
