The West Wind Shawlette / Scarf is a light weight and simple lace knit, perfect for spring or fall, that can be worn as a shawlette around the shoulders, or as a scarf.

This pattern uses a repeat of 10 (+1) to create a falling leaf motif. You can add repeats of 10 to the design of the body of the shawlette to make it wider if you wish. I include both written instructions and a chart for the lace.

You can use any weight yarn to create this pattern, just adjust your needle size appropriately. ~ 315 yards of worsted weight yarn on 5.5mm needles gave me a 5 foot 5 inches long shawlette feel free to make it longer if you desire.

Hope you enjoy it :) If you have any questions, please let me know.
