The Whorl Hat
This spiral beanie looks complex but is incredibly simple. The “magic” is pure math: by working a 6-stitch repeat (K4, P2) over a total count of (6n) - 1, the pattern shifts by one stitch every round to create an automatic spiral!
What You’ll Need
- Needles: 5mm (40cm) circulars & 5mm DPNs.
- Yarn: <100g of Worsted/10-ply (for 5mm needles).
- 1 stitch marker & a tapestry needle.
Check out the video for a step-by-step walkthrough! If you have any questions or try it out, let me know in the comments—I’m happy to help. :)
