THE WIND SWEATER
This pattern is knit from the back to the front panels in one piece. Sleeves are knit separately and attached at the shoulder. Add buttons or snaps, if you wish.

The sweater is intended to have an oversized, straight fit, without shaping. The size is easily customizable, since there is no increasing/decreasing.

Sample sweater is knit with 2 colors, Color A on the back and Color B on the front & sleeves.

The total yardage for the sample S/M is 1,000 yd
Color A (Back) = 400 yd
Color B (Front & Sleeves) = 600 yd

The L/XL size should estimate the following:
The total yardage for the L/XL is 1,300 yd
Color A (Back) = 520 yd
Color B (Front & Sleeves) = 780 yd

FIT
(S/M) and (L/XL) sizes are provided. There is a 30% difference between sizes. Reference the sample measurements against a sweater that fits you well to confirm size. Use a swatch and your own measurements/percentages if you want a custom fit.
