The Woody Pullover is an oversized v-neck sweater with drop shoulder construction. This pullover features a combination of 2x2 ribbing and horizontal ribbing. With drop shoulder construction beginning at the back of the neck and increasing to the full width of the sweater. Then worked back and forth to shape the back of the armholes. The front chest panels are picked up from each shoulder and worked individually until the v-neckline is shaped and joined. The front chest panel is worked back and forth to shape the front of the armholes. Once completed, the front and back panels are joined and worked in the round until the length is completed. Sleeves are picked up and worked in the round in the same stitch pattern with decreases along the underarm.The sweater is finished with a simple ribbed hem, neckline and cuffs.

Swatching Tip: Cast on a multiple of 4 stitches
Knit a couple of rows in stockinette and then I recommend completing 40 more rows by working in pattern (2 repeats each alternating 2x2 rib & horizontal rib).

Special Note: Animal fibers was the preferred fiber for this stitch repeat amongst test knitters! Cotton can feel heavy for some; trust your fiber preferences
