The Wynter Socks are a versatile ankle-sock pattern, with whimsical texture. It is a simple two row lace repeat, so your project is easy - yet will have a beautiful outcome!

The pattern includes instructions for these heel constructions:

-Heel, flap, and gusset
- German Short Row Heel

In addition, I wrote the pattern so you would be able to use whatever tools you had available (DPN’s, magic loop method, and 9 inch circular needles). You will need stitch markers for this method.

Sizes include: Small, Medium, and Large. You can make the socks as long or as short as you would like - the pattern gives written instructions for ankle length socks.

Needle size: US Size 1, 2.25 mm (or size needed to obtain gauge)

Yarn: I used Daisy Stitch Co’s sock yarn (weight 1) for this project, and it worked beautifully! You will need one 100 g skein for a main color (especially if you would like longer socks, or solid color) and a 20 g skein of a secondary color.
