Thekla is an elegant tam, inspired by the colors of autumn.
The stranded colorwork hat is worked with two strands of sock yarn, finnwool or any other fingering weight yarn.

Measurements: Thekla will fit a head with a circumference of 21-22’’ (53-55cm). Diameter 10’’ (25-26cm).

Gauge: 30sts, 40rds with needle US2/2,75mm in colorwork
Yardage total: ca 60, MC: 30g, CC: 30g
Suggested yarn: You need 2 colors of sockyarn or any other fingering yarn with strong contrast.
My autumn version is worked with Mominoki sock fine. Sample shown in Antique Ivory and Ink. Or work a warm winter hat with Mominoki finnwool, shown in Pure White and Shadow.
