Thicket is worked in the round from the bottom up. After completing the body, the crown is worked in an integrated decrease pattern. Change to dpns when stitches no longer fit comfortably on the circular needle.

YARN The Fibre Company Terra (40% baby alpaca, 40% merino wool + 20% silk; 98 yds/50 gm skein): sorrel, 2 skeins.
GAUGE 19 sts + 22.5 rnds = 4” (10 cm) in Thicket Hat patt, after blocking.
NEEDLES 1 – 16” (40 cm) US 6 (4 mm) circular,
1 – 16” (40 cm) US 8 (5 mm) circular and set dpns.
NOTIONS Stitch marker, tapestry needle, cable needle.
