THIK (This is How I Knit) Socks
THIK (This is How I Knit) Socks, is how I knit socks that I’ve cranked from a tube. Well…mostly…I don’t bother with waste yarn because I like to live on the edge with live stitches waving around.
This pattern is for afterthought everything using just the yarn from the knit tube. But you could easily sub in contrast yarn for some or all parts.
Yarn: shown in plank & stella 4-ply sock - approx. 300 - 350 yards used from 463 yards
What You’ll Need:
- 100g knit tube
- contrast yarn (optional)
- US 1.5 32” circular needles (fingering)
- US 4 32” circular needles (DK)
- 1 removable stitch marker
- tapestry needle
