Do you remember this song / album “This is the sea” by the fabulous Waterboys, a Scottish / Irish folk band?

When I studied Architecture in Scotland during the nineties, it was probably our hymn! For some reason I remembered these text lines, when we took these pictures:

“ Once you were tethered / well now you are free
That was the river / This is the sea! “

I love the sea! It’s never still, it’s young and restless! Love it to breathe the salty air, the cleaning wind and to watch the stormy waves! It´s so overwhelming, gigantic and wild and hopefully it will always be!

Altogether approximately 800 yards / 732m of Fingering weight / 4 ply yarn with good stitch definition and nice drape
