Pattern Notes
The Thonnan top is knitted in the
round from the top down, with
waves of alternating Suri Silk and
MC stripes in DK weight yarn on
the yoke. The body is knitted in the
thicker yarn, whilst the sleeves are
knitted in the Suri Silk. There are
a lot of options for adjusting this
garment.

SIZES

finished garment, choose a size based
on your chest circumference (A).
The garment is designed to be worn
with around 10 – 15 cm / 4 – 6 in of
positive ease on the chest. Optional
modifications instructions for sleeves

YARN
Many yarns will be suitable for this pattern. The fibre you choose will impact the drape and what seasons it will be most suited for wearing, though I love mine for layering too. A DK or fingering weight yarn is recommended for your MC and fingering or lace weight for your CC. However, you could just as well use DK/fingering/lace-weight throughout.
