An easy pattern to make both a scarflette or a cowl neckwarmer.
Using multipes of 3 stitches it is mainly in all-knit garter stitch with a simple 3 x 3 cabled plait offset along it’s length.
A very simple buttonhole completes the project.

This would be a good one for beginners learning to do cabling.
Yarns can be anything you like from 10 ply/ worsted to 12 ply/ Aran or bulky.
It’s very quick to make and the 8 row pattern is very easy to learn – good car knitting as long as you don’t drop the cable needle down the side of the seat…
Have fun!
