This pattern (12 pgs/20+ photos) was written for the beginner sock knitter. The directions are completely written out with photos to illustrate each step. A chart, with a mini lesson on how to read charts, is included, plus a special chart for keeping track of pattern rounds.

For the experienced sock knitter, I also have a one page limited detail pattern for this sock. This pattern includes a photo of the finished sock, materials list, gauge required, stitch count needed for each sock part (cuff, leg, heel, etc.), but no construction details. It provides only the basic information needed. (What info I use for myself for nearly every sock I knit.)

For all users, contact me if you have any questions. I’ll be glad to help in any way I can.

An updated pdf pattern has been uploaded. The symbols used in the charts were missing in previous version. If you’re not sure which version you have, just download the current one here now (as of February 1, 2013).
