‘Through Baroque Windows Hat’ is a hat with a two layered brim.
If you use a contrast color for the inner layer of the brim, it shimmers beautifully through the open lace of the outer layer.
The lace pattern kind of reminds me of windows in the baroque style, hence the name of the pattern.

Yarn:
You’ll need two skeins of fingering yarn with approximately 420m (460yards)/100g. For the contrast color some leftover yarn will be sufficient.

Needles:
2.75mm (US 2) and 3.5mm (US 4), or size to match gauge

Sizes:
The cast on numbers can be changed in steps of 12 stitches. Written instructions available for sizes S, M and L.

„Through Baroque Windows“ ist eine Mütze mit einem doppelt gestrickten Bündchen.
Verwendet man im hinteren Teil des Bündchens eine Kontrastfarbe, scheint diese wunderschön durch das offene Lace-Muster, welches mich an Barocke Fenster erinnert, hindurch.

Wolle:
Es werden zwei Stränge (4-fach)Sockenwolle mit einer Lauflänge von etwa 420m auf 100g benötigt. Für die Kontrastfarbe können auch sehr gut Reste verwendet werden.

Verwendete Nadelstärken:
2,75mm und 3,5mm

Größen:
Die Maschenanzahl kann in 12 Maschenschritten vergrößert/verkleinert werden.
