Thrummed Mittens Pattern // Adult Chunky Thrummed Mittens

These mittens are a soft and cozy knit worked in the round for a seamless finish. The thrums are pieces of a wool blend material knitted into the mitten to create a soft warm lining. After multiple wears, the thrums start to felt, making an insulating and fleecy layer sure to keep your hands toasty all winter long!

Pattern is for One Size fits most Adults
Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner
Yarn: Category 6 (Super Bulky) and Roving Yarn
Needles: US 10, 6mm DPNs

Yardage:
Approximately 100 yds for the mittens
Approximately 30 yds of roving for the thrums

Written Instructions in American Knitting Terms- SKILLS required: Knit, Purl, Knit 2 together, using double pointed needles, picking up stitches
