The Thunder Moon is the name for the full moon in July. This name originates from the frequent summer thunderstorms in North America. It represents powerful natural energy, cleansing, and the breaking open of inner storms. It’s a time to recognize emotional
tension—and release it with intention and grace. The yarn and pattern for the socks were created for Yarn Twisters Sock Club July 2025.

Yarn: 1 skein Yarn Twisters Rylyn; 420 yards/115g; 80% SW Merino, 20% Nylon OR any fingering weight yarn
