MATERIALS NEEDED:
This pattern will work great with the below yarns:
- 100% cotton yarn, 100% acrylic yarn or a blend of cotton and acrylic
- Sport weight yarn (4ply #2)
- Light worsted weight yarn (DK #3)
- Worsted weight yarn (Aran #4)
- Plush yarn/velvet yarn (Bulky #5)
I USED:
- Sport weight yarn (4ply #2)
- 55% cotton and 45% acrylic blend
- Dark purple yarn – 2 skeins of YarnArt Jeans – color 50 – (50g/160m)
- Light purple yarn – 1 skein of YarnArt Jeans – color 19 – (50g/160m)
- Cream yarn – 1 skein of YarnArt Jeans – color 86 – (50g/160m)
OTHER MATERIALS USED:
- polyester fibre fill
- a long strand of white yarn - about 30cm (12”)
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- crochet hook: I used 2.5mm = B/1, if using different weight of yarn then refer to hook size recommendations on the yarn but go one size smaller
- scissors, yarn needle, pins with large heads, stitch marker
- 12mm safety eyes
