MATERIALS NEEDED:
This pattern will work great with the below yarns:

• 100% cotton yarn, 100% acrylic yarn or a blend of cotton and acrylic
• Sport weight yarn (4ply #2)
• Light worsted weight yarn (DK #3)
• Worsted weight yarn (Aran #4)
• Plush yarn/velvet yarn (Bulky #5)

I USED:

• Sport weight yarn (4ply #2)
• 55% cotton and 45% acrylic blend
• Dark purple yarn – 2 skeins of YarnArt Jeans – color 50 – (50g/160m)
• Light purple yarn – 1 skein of YarnArt Jeans – color 19 – (50g/160m)
• Cream yarn – 1 skein of YarnArt Jeans – color 86 – (50g/160m)

OTHER MATERIALS USED:

• polyester fibre fill
• a long strand of white yarn - about 30cm (12”)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

• crochet hook: I used 2.5mm = B/1, if using different weight of yarn then refer to hook size recommendations on the yarn but go one size smaller
• scissors, yarn needle, pins with large heads, stitch marker
• 12mm safety eyes
