my Time for Tea square was created for a request a couple years ago, but it’s sat on the backburner since then & I figured now is the perfect time to release it out to the public! Who doesn’t love a cozy morning in the garden, sipping a warm cuppa tea? This pattern uses the overlay mosaic method & features a cute teapot with a flower made of bobbles, on a square shape project with a thin border, and would work great to use for pillows, place mats, tote bags, or in block afghans.

This Pattern includes:
• full row-by-row instructions
• detailed info for mid-row color changes & general crochet methods used
• fully colorized & marked single page chart for viewing on devices or printing out
• Links to helpful video tutorials showing the methods used
• Each square uses approx. 200 yards of medium weight yarn, although other weights & hook sizes can be used.

Any yarn or hook will work, depending on the desired size of the finished square. I used yarn weight of 4 with a 5mm hook, which creates a square of 13.5” x 13”.

You can use any color combo of yarn you like - for the tester images, you will need 4 colors, approximately 50-100 yards of each depending on how much of the design you do in each color.
