This pattern is to make a steampunk style top hat. Includes instructions to make the hat, goggles ,and hat band with skull lace.
Hat uses a 4mm hook and bulky/#5 yarn( i used lion brand rewind). Goggles and band use a 3mm hook and #2/sport weight yarn( hobbii’s 8/4 also works really well as its more like a 2 than a 1)
