This sweater is inspired by a vintage photo for a knit pattern from 1951. Tippi Hedren in The Birds might have worn a top like this, on its own or under a suit jacket. It has a soft collar, buttoned neck, folded cuffs, and ribbing at the waist. It is knit in stockinette with a stylized argyle design down one side only. This is a modern interpretation of a vintage look.
