These colourful legwarmers are a perfect extra layer for your little one during the colder months. They have a nifty little foot stirrup to help them stay put. Especially helpful for wriggly babies and little crawlers.

Using less than 50 grams of aran weight yarn they are a quick and easy knit. Perfect for the fast approaching cold weather or a last minute gift. Available in two styles, slim fit and slouchy fit, these leg warmers are available in three sizes.

The PDF contains two patterns, a slim fitting version and slouchy version.

You can knit your leg warmers from a selection of colours to form a rainbow (slim fit example) or other striped option. You can also use a single skein of variegated or semi-solid yarn (slouch version). This could be a great stash busting project.

This project is perfect for beginners and advanced knitters alike. It would be a useful first project for those wanting to try knitting in the round.
