MATERIALS:
Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran (Aran weight; 100%
cotton; 85m per 50g ball)
If you are knitting to the exact colour scheme as per pattern chart then these yarns are required but you will find you have some left over from the yarn colours used throughout the body.
For Edging:
2 balls in Slate Grey (606)
For Sleeves:
2 (2: 2: 3) balls in shade Pansy Purple (648) for Left Sleeve
2 (2: 2: 3) balls in shade Marine Blue (634) for Right Sleeve.
If you would like to colour block your sleeves as shown in the original sample you will need 2 to 3 balls of each colour.
For Body:
1 ball each in:
Seville Orange (619) Marine Blue (634)
Mustard Yellow (624) Pansy Purple (648)
Champagne White (603) Pure Black (602)
Sailor Blue (640) Kingfisher Blue (635)
Bubblegum Pink (651) Spearmint Green (626)
Rose Red (614) Raspberry Pink (644)
You can adapt your colour scheme to use less colours and in turn less waste. For example using three colours: 2 balls of yarns (colour 1) for the edging, main body and sleeves using 6 balls of yarn (colour 2 and 3)
