Karin was inspired to write this pattern based on a child’s hat she purchased on the streets of Peru. The hat is worked in two pieces and then seamed together with an amazingly easy seam that will leave the inside of the hat smooth for the child’s head, and it will create decorative ridges to set off the center panel.
