These socks are called Toe beans as the stitch pattern looks like rows of cat paws where you see
their wee toe beans (the pads on their paws).
It is a simple and easily memorable lace pattern which is only worked over 11 stitches and 4 rows.
It is only worked on the front of the sock, the back of the sock is worked in plain stockinette.
The pattern will be worked with the lace panel down opposite sides – Right side of the right sock
and left side of the left sock.

Gauge: 9 stitches to 1” and 13 rows to 1”, unblocked

◦ 2.25 mm needles- Your choice DPNs, Magic Loop using a 40” cable, 9” Circular.
