Some sweaters just have a special place in your heart and wardrobe and this is one of those. Super cozy and suitable for both outdoorsy activities and knitting in the corner of the sofa. Truly a sweater to live in, that’s Together.

Together is the coziest sweater to bundle up in. The sweater is worked seamlessly top down with drop-shoulder construction and a cowl neck. The sweater is cast on from the shoulders and the top is worked flat until joining in the round at the underarms. The body is worked straight with a split hem. The sleeves are straight, so the length is easy to modify.

The sweater is meant to be worn with positive ease. Choose a size with approx. 10” / 25 cm ease at the bust circumference.

NOTE: I was not able to find test knitters for sizes 11 & 12 but would be happy to accept some. If you would like to receive this pattern for testing one of those sizes, send me a PM and we’ll figure out a timeline! Test knitters will receive an additional pattern as a thank you for completing the test.

Pirtin Kehräämö Eko Hahtuvalanka 285 TEX x 2 (70 % Finnish wool, 30 % recycled wool, 175 m / 100 g) or other aran weight yarn.

6-6-7-7 (7-7-7-8) 8-9-9-10 skeins.

Yardage:
1090-1140-1185-1210 (1275-1295-1335-1455) 1525-1610-1715-1810 yards / 990-1035-1075-1100 (1155-1175-1210-1320) 1385-1460-1555-1645 meters.

Needles:
5,5 mm (US 9) and 5 mm (US 8) - 40” / 100 cm circular needle. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the right gauge.

Gauge:
17 sts x 22 rnds = 4 x 4” / 10 x 10 cm
in stockinette worked in the round (after blocking).
