My Together Apart Cowl is a design dreamed up in this current world of social distancing and missing the ones I love dearly. I find myself so grateful that we live in times where technology can keep us connected to one another. As I knit each sitch I was reminded that even while apart, we’re all in this together. This Cowl was on its way to my Mom just as soon as it was finished.

The pattern uses simple, meditative, slipped stitches to create the texture and blending of colors. It’s a quick and easy knit, with soothing stockinette rows, and enough varying in the stitches to keep a knitter’s interest. Using small amounts of your favorite DK or Sport weight yarn, this project is a great stash-buster too!
