Tokkipul Sweater was inspired by the belief that a small clover can bring happiness and a bit of luck into our lives.
The soft, bumpy texture of boucle yarn resembles the delicate petals of the Korean white clover (Tokkipul), adding a cozy and heartfelt mood to the piece.
This pattern is designed with @omilzomilstore Fancy yarn Boucle in mind, but the basic sweater shape cand also be created using standard yarn, making it easy to adapt to various styles.

This sweater is worked from the top down.
It begins with short row shaping for the back shoulders, followed by flat knitting fort the back panel down to the underarm.
Stitches are then picked up from each shoulder to create the left and right front panels separately.
After completing the neckline increases, the two front panels are joined and worked flat to the underarm.
The front and back pieces are then joined and worked in the round down to the waist.
To create side slits, the body is split again into front and back panels and worked flat. The back stitches are set aside while the front is completed first, then the back is finished.
Finally, stitches are picked up around the neckline for a clean finish.
Sleeve stitches are picked up and worked in the round, gradually decreasing at regular intervals until the sleeves are complete.
When making size 1 with @omilzomilstore PimaCotton Boucle (Fancy ver.) you will use nearly all of 2 skeins (total 800m).
Yarn usage may vary depending on your personal gauge, and if you plan to lengthen toe body or sleeves beyond the original design, 2 skeins may not be enough.
Here’s a small tip: after finishing the front hem ribbing, instead of moving straight to the back panel, try completing both sleeves and the neckband first.
This way, if you’re running low on yarn, you can adjust the back length at the end, making it easier to finish the sweater more confidently.

몽글몽글한 부클사☁️가 토끼풀 꽃잎처럼 포슬포슬한 질감을 더해주어, 따뜻하고 감성적인 무드를 담아냈어요.
이 도안은 ‘오밀조밀 잡화점’의 부클사(팬시버전)를 기준으로 제작되었지만,
기본적인 라운드넥 스웨터이기 때문에 일반 실로도 떠볼 수 있어 다양한 스타일로 응용이 가능합니다.
