Suggested Supplies

  • red, brown, black and beige yarn
  • two 12mm safety eyes (the bigger the eye, the chibi-er the look)
  • poly fiber fill (if you don’t have access, cotton balls work too!)
  • yarn needle (i suggest using plastic ones because they bend)
  • scissors (as quality as possible, you’ll be giving a haircut!)

Abbreviations

  • ch - chain
  • dec - decrease
  • folded - fold both sides of circle over so the stitches match
  • inc - increase (single crochet 2 new stitches into 1 stitch)
  • mc - magic circle (also known as a magic ring)
  • rep - repeat the content wrapped in s
  • sc - single crochet
  • sc# - single crochet # number of stitches individually
  • sc2tog - single crochet 2 stitches together
  • st - stitch
  • (X) - number of stitches expected by end of row.
