Tonberry With Working Lantern
Thank you for taking a look at my Tonberry! This little guy is one of my favorite monsters from the game series Final Fantasy. He is small but deadly! A friend originally asked me to make them a Tonberry and I happily obliged until it became a sort of obsession to turn it into a pattern. Two years later, this is the result.
It was a true labor of love from me and my testers. He has been tested for weight 4 yarns and stands about 10 inches high. The pattern was tested with blanket weight yarn and did not pass. Please keep in mind the gauges and recommended yarn weights when creating this magical guy!
This pattern includes the option to create a working lantern or a non-working lantern (made as an amigurumi with stuffing etc). The materials listed as optional are for the WORKING LANTERN and are NOT optional if that is version you wish to create. Please be sure to have those materials if you want to have a working lantern.
