Don’t leave home without this beautiful textured tote!

You’ll need two skeins of yarn of the main body colour, and one skein for the base.

This bag is crocheted as two separate pieces, and then stitched together. The bobble colour is carried through the main body of the bag, and worked in as needed for the pattern. Small holes are worked into each side to create areas for the straps to be attached. The bottom of this bag is folded and stitched, to create a proper base.

This pattern also includes the instructions to make a fabric lining for the inside of the bag. The lining is optional, however, it hides any carried stitches that show on the wrong sides of the crocheted bag pieces. A sewing machine is recommended for speed and efficiency, but the lining can be completed entirely by hand.

This pattern includes instructions for attaching leather or faux leather straps, using rivets. However, this bag would also look great with a different strap material, such as crochet, rope or fabric!
(Instructions not included).
