This design was developed with the goal of using as much as possible of a 600 yard, fingering weight, hand-dyed gradient cake of yarn.

I used a 600 yard cake of Meri Jane in the “Craigh na Dun” colorway, hand dyed by Hilori’s Magical Yarnorium. This gave a crescent-shaped shawl that is 16” deep with a 52” wingspan after blocking.
