I wrote the original Trailside patterns a while ago, and they have been great sellers for me (I sell handmade knitwear). This year, I’ve planned to add some new patterns to the Trailside family, including a scarf (still coming), and a Twisted Headband and Twisted Cowl.

This headband and cowl are knit flat and seamed together. They knit up quick and are super squishy. Folks in my shop have absolutely loved the fit of the headband, and I have sold a ton of them already.

The headband pattern is written for one size, average adult, but can easily just be made shorter or longer to accommodate all head sizes. I hope you find it as beautiful and useful as I do.
