This pattern is a simple knit and purl texture that will show well in a tonal, speckled, or plain yarn. I created it in the Red Wing Blackbird color to see how the heavy and dark hues would work.

You can use any sock yarn that you have in your stash or you can’t resist buying.

My socks are design with no positive or negative ease. They can be worn in boots or shoes, but they are comfy enough to wear around the house as well.
